Pre-Treatment Guidelines
• Avoid alcohol, blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen), vitamin E, or fish oil for 24–48 hours
• Arrive well hydrated and have a light meal before your appointment
• Avoid strenuous exercise and active skin treatments on the day
• Skip makeup and skincare products before your session
• Let us know about cold sores, illness, or any medications you're taking
Post-Treatment Aftercare
• Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 6 hours
• Skip makeup, facials, and skin treatments for 24 hours unless advised
• No alcohol, hot showers, saunas, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours
• Sleep with your head slightly elevated and avoid lying face-down
• Use gentle skincare only while healing
• Expect bruising, swelling or small lumps – usually temporary
• Full results may take up to 2 weeks for anti-wrinkle and 4–6 weeks for Sculptra
